Many sites do promise to swarm yours with visitors if you pay them a token. Not that they don't keep their promises but the question is "Of what quality,is the traffic?"
In my opinion, the 10,000 visitors you get are recycled. They have either seen the product or similar products several times at other sites they've had to review or they just click away to get paid....My mouth...Oops! my pen, stop that!
