Who makes the decision?

In a family one should make the decision. At home it depends on our field of expertise. hehehe.. When it comes to money matter I am the one who makes the decision. Like when to buy a certain thing. When it comes to purchasing things my hubby wont allow me to buy by myself. He want to be the one who will make the decision on what to buy. He has the better judgement than me when it comes to choosing something. From clothes, foods, furnitures to appliances. He just show it to me then explain to me why he loves that thing. So far he did not buy something that I dont like.
